Does it cost anything?
No, patient accounts are free. Clinics are the ones who subscribe.
Who can see my file?
A clinic you visited sees its own record. Any other doctor has to request access, and you approve it.
What happens when the time I allowed ends?
Access closes automatically; the doctor has to ask again and you approve again.
Can I book for my children?
Yes — link them to your account and book in their name. Any relative you link has to accept the link first.
Can I download or delete my data?
From your privacy page you can export a copy of your data or request its deletion.
