Only requests waiting on you need your attention
A request you have already answered, or one still waiting on the other side, will not sit in your attention list forever — only the ones that are genuinely yours to decide do.
Family sharing
If a family member manages your care — a parent for a child, for example — that connection is set up separately, on the Family page, and shows up here as one more account that can act on your behalf. It follows the same principle as everything else on this page: nobody gets access silently.
